Clear evidence. Clear boundaries.
Understand what is connected, who can access it, and what an answer can—and cannot—establish.
The analytics pilot reads supported source data. It does not reschedule appointments, contact patients or write financial changes back to your systems. Amie has a separate scope agreed before activation.
Authenticated requests are checked against tenant membership, roles and capabilities. Internal operational access is separate from customer administration.
Reporting periods, source coverage and definitions determine which questions can be answered. Missing values must not be replaced with invented figures.
Provider availability, processing terms and the permitted data path are confirmed during onboarding. We do not promise universal zero exposure or compliance certification.
Before an Amie pilot handles patient information, we agree the permitted tasks, provider data path, recording policy, access and retention with the practice. Applicable privacy requirements and processing agreements must be addressed before activation.
Your written processing terms specify data handling, retention and the offboarding process. Ask for the current details before connecting data.
