For an accepted pilot, we waive the platform fee for 30 days from the date the agreed service is live. An enquiry or setup conversation does not start the evaluation.
Usage costs apply. SMS, calling and AI usage are charged at rates and a spending cap agreed in writing before activation. Your written offer specifies the supported features, usage measurement, billing schedule, applicable taxes and how the cap is enforced. We do not activate a pilot until those details are agreed.
You can cancel during the evaluation without a platform fee; agreed usage charges remain payable. We stop the service and follow the agreed offboarding and data-handling process. There is no automatic continuation. Continued service and its price require your explicit agreement.
Amie and analytics have separate scopes and pricing. Pilot availability and start dates are confirmed after discussion. This evaluation offer does not amend existing customer agreements or promise business results.
